Do you know what you're paying for?

Boneless vs boned & rolled

We supply boneless cuts and joints of meat. This means the price you pay per kilo is for the meat that is delivered. Some butchers charge for ‘boned & rolled’ meat meaning that they weigh the meat first, then remove the bone and trim the fat. You pay per kilo before they prepare the meat so you pay for the bone & trim. This can often lead customers to believe the butcher’s 'boned & rolled' is cheaper whereas in reality it isn't.
