Chicken

British chicken products ranging from whole oven-ready birds to skinless and skin-on suprèmes (sprig bone in), boneless fillets to diced chicken all offer guaranteed quality and consistency. Fillets and suprèmes are available in a wide range of sizes and all of our British  chicken is air chilled to avoid the addition of water. Prime Meats UK poultry is sourced providing full traceability and is BRC and Assured Chicken Production (ACP) accredited.

All our British chicken is Grade A, Red Tractor Farm Assured and reared to strict standards  covering every stage in the process from hatching and care through to processing and packaging.

Our corn fed chicken is fed a greater proportion of maize resulting in a golden tint to the skin and a distinctive flavour.

Turkey

Turkey is a great source of protein, low fat and excellent value for money. Our chilled British turkey is reared and prepared in Norfolk, Suffolk and Lincolnshire to the highest standards and carries the Quality British Turkey accreditation which determines every aspect of bird welfare. We supply an extensive year round range from turkey crowns to boneless butterflies and single  lobes and an extended range for Christmas.
