Where does our meat come from?
Traceability, sustainability and provenance are key and we are committed to animal and farm welfare assurance schemes supporting British farmers wherever possible. Our people and suppliers also consider the environment at every stage of the procurement and supply chain.
We demand the strictest standards of quality, safety and food hygiene. All suppliers to Prime Meats are British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standards certified or equivalent, giving customers peace of mind.

We believe that as a nation we produce some of the highest quality meat and poultry available worldwide.
We supply British born, bred, reared and slaughtered animals wherever possible and are proud that over 70% of our range comes from British farms.

We offer a comprehensive selection of meat, poultry and game including 21 day aged British beef, speciality and cured meats and exquisite Gressingham duck. We also have a superb range of price saving products, offering great value with excellent quality.
